GRAND FORKS, N.D. – The Public Arts Commission (PAC) is pleased to announce the appointment of David Smiley and Ryan Bohn to its board of directors. Both bring a strong commitment to public art and community engagement and will play a key role in advancing PAC’s mission to enrich the Grand Forks region through arts and culture.

Smiley and Bohn join a growing group of leaders working to expand public art initiatives, support local artists, and foster creative placemaking throughout Grand Forks and the surrounding area.
