GRAND FORKS, N.D. – The Public Arts Commission (PAC) is pleased to announce the appointment of David Smiley and Ryan Bohn to its board of directors. Both bring a strong commitment to public art and community engagement and will play a key role in advancing PAC’s mission to enrich the Grand Forks region through arts and culture.

Smiley and Bohn join a growing group of leaders working to expand public art initiatives, support local artists, and foster creative placemaking throughout Grand Forks and the surrounding area. Their addition to the board comes at a time of renewed momentum for PAC, as the organization continues to develop new partnerships and projects that highlight the region’s cultural vibrancy.
